The other day we were craving for Thai food so I found this restaurant called Bangkok Thai Cuisine online. After I read tons reviews about it, I was really excited to try. We decided to do take out because we wanted to chill at home, so Mr. M went picked it up. We were a little upset because we checked multiple websites online beforehand to make sure that they take American Express credit card. However, when Mr. M arrived there, they said they just recently stopped accepting it. This is just a little thing that annoyed us a bit. The picture at the top is supposed to be the inside look. Because I didn't actually dine in there, this is the best picture that I could find online.

We ordered Pad Thai with Chicken and Mango Curry with Beef. The Pad Thai is $8.75 and the Mango Curry is about $13 as what I remembered. It is pretty affordable. By the time that we were finally able to eat it, the food has already gotten cold and the Pad Thai noodles became kind of sticky. :/ Both food from this Thai restaurant tasted relatively healthy when compared with all the other Thai food restaurants we've tried. Pad Thai with Chicken was pretty dry. We ended up putting some Mango Curry sauce on top, which made it an interesting dish. After we added the sauce, we liked its tastes even more than the original. Mango Curry comes with beef, tomato, mango, carrots (lots), onion, green onion. They added lots of carrot and it kinda scared me. I don't like to eat carrots in chunk. But anyone who loves carrot probably would find it even more delicious. Additionally, they were sincere enough to put lots of material, especially Mango. And the quantity is really huge. We had leftover for our next meal.

In conclusion, I think both the Pad Thai and the Mango Curry are just a tiny bit above average dishes. However, they do cook it in a healthier way I believe. So if you want some healthy take out Thai food, this may be for you. My opinion is they are not as high rated as those reviews online, but I wouldn't mind to have some food from this restaurant occasionally. I am thinking about trying the Pineapple Shrimp Curry if we ever go again. No matter what your choice is, bon appéitit!!

Thanks for reading! -Mira*
